Limited Liability Company with Foreign Capital Terra-Eurolex is the trade representative and technical supervisor for LEXICON Company (Czech Republic) engaged in production and sale of EUROLEX™ wooden windows, constructions, doors, and balcony doors. These products are made in Czech Republic under modern European technologies. Products cost is calculated using the specially designed KLAES computer software.

Technical Specification

1. Materials.

All EUROLEX™ doors and windows are made of high-quality wood of the following sorts: White Wood, Meranti (mahogany), Oak. The wood is 12%+2% dried to provide lasting product quality. Three-layered glued 72x86 mm square logs are used as semis. Log lamellas combine radial and tangential woodcuts to provide overall product stability and exclude potential deformation of the box or wing.

2. Protective coating.

LEXICON Company cooperates with BASF and presents its newly developed modern coating for constructions made of different sorts of wood. This is the GLASURIT™, a lasting, stable water-based coating with the following strengths: UV resistance, increased fire- and temperature differences resistance. GLASURIT coating is an environment-friendly product. It is designed to last for the entire product lifetime (up to 75 years).

3. Accessories.

Frames are connected with casements by special contour accessories made by MACO (Austria). The opening mechanism goes around the entire window perimeter thus allowing easy and effortless opening and closing the window in two planes. All manipulations are performed by a single four-position handle. In order to prevent the opening mechanism failures, there is a special safety lock, which prevents shifting in two planes during the opening. Casements opening in two planes include winter ventilation mechanism providing the 5-7 mm opening in case of a 45î handle turn. All elements of the accessories are made of stainless metals with noble coating requiring no special treatment. Rubber sealing is provided along the entire opening perimeter to ensure high degree of air-tightness. Optional installation of double sealing is possible.

4. Glass packs.

A wide variety of glass packs is used for production of windows - from standard 24 mm packs to glass packs with improved heat insulation (PLANITERM), shockproof (CONNEX), soundproofing (DITERM), and solar control properties. In addition, you can order decorative glass packs. Maximum pack thickness is 32 mm.

5. Technical capabilities.

Technology allows production of windows of any configuration and size (maximum dimensions of a whole glass pack is 2.8õ3.8 m). EUROLEX windows cannot be used as roof windows. However, we can produce winter gardens, facade glazing and display windows.

Results of the tests performed on our standard windows shows that the heat transfer factor for the single-chamber glass packs with PLANITERM sputtering is R=0.66 m2 * oÑ/W, which is much better than the standard for the entire territory of Ukraine.

Check of air permeability parameters shows that air permeability resistance equals 4.85 (ì2 * h * daPa)/kg, which exceeds mandatory requirements.

We are capable of manufacturing windows with any degree of heat protection, soundproofing, and strength.

6. Windows mounting.

Windows mounting is a fast procedure not delaying other construction processes. To assemble the windows, special mounting screws are used that are selected to match different wall materials. FPF is used as sealing. It serves as heat insulation and provides air-tightness of the entire window perimeter. In order to reduce foam consumption, special mounting pistols are used that provide better quality window foaming.

In order to avoid damaging the glass packs and frames, we offer:

1. Window frame and other elements mounting (except for fixed windows) without installation of casements with following installation at user's discretion.

2. Optional separate supply of frames and glass packs is possible. Glass packs' mounting is performed separately at the site.

Terra-Eurolex, Limited Liability Company with foreign capital has been engaged in sale and installation of EUROLEX windows and doors for the past 5 years. At the same time, the company makes and installs drip moulds, performs wall lining with protective adhesive polyethylene to prevent windows damage during simultaneous performance of construction operations.

1. At customer's option, glass packs may be supplied with standard or special glass (24-32 mm).

2. Silicon sealing is provided all around the glass pack perimeter.

3. Wooden fillets covering the glass packs on the inside of the window are mounted on special staples covered with a silicon layer to prevent possible rusting.

4. Dewatering dales can be made with interrupted thermal bridge. Dale color is chosen at customer's discretion.

5. Lower window bar profile is suitable for any windowsill type.

6. Lower window bar profile provides possibility of mounting of an extra outside dale.

7. Ideally composed and glued log (72õ86 mm) provides stability of the entire products and prevents deformation of the window frame and wing.

8. Rubber sealing provides air-tightness around the whole window perimeter.

9. Glass pack remote profile is filled with silica gel.

10. A dale installed on window casement protects the lower casement part, which is exposed to wear and tear due to environmental impact (specially designed to fit the EUROLEX profile).

11. The space between the pack' glasses can be filled with special gas improving heat insulation (argon) and soundproofing (SF-6) properties of the windows. Decorative elements may be installed inside the windows.
